We presented the start of the PMD's work at a press conference, together with the rector of the USC.

The PMD team is preparing to intervene in the graves of O Val (Narón) and Cabreira (Salvaterra de Miño) next November.

Last Monday, 28 October, we presented, together with the rector of the USC, Antonio López, the start of the PMD's field work in the graves of O Val (Narón) and Cabreira (Salvaterra de Miño) and we took stock of what has been done in recent years: we worked in 11 graves, we searched for more than 100 victims, we identified the remains of 3 executed people (possibly 7), we located the remains of another 11 people with signs of violence, we attended the demands of 27 families, we gave 10 seminars at the University, in secondary education centres and in socio-cultural centres, we collaborated with about 10 associations of Memory and we have planned the immediate inauguration of two totems to mark the places of Democratic Memory intervened.

The works in the grave of Val (Narón) will begin on the 4th of November and in the grave of Cabreira (Salvaterra de Miño), they will begin on the 18th of November.
